Domestic Boiler and Cylinder Service Contracts
We have 600+ private customers on our Gold Contract, most have been with us for 20 years or more. We also carry out 1500+ services & breakdowns a year, covering West & East Midlands. We cater for landlords who have one or multiple properties, this would include landlord gas safety checks and breakdowns.
Our team of Service Engineers are Gas Safe registered and are highly skilled and technically equipped to diagnose and repair faults.
GOLD COVER
Our Gold Cover Service Contract provides our customers with 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day emergency cover for your central heating system, with no extra charge for parts or labour if repairs are required. We also include a free service of your natural gas or LPG boiler.

- Radiators and valves
- Thermostats and Programmers
- Circulating pumps
- Motorised valves
- Central heating pipework and fittings
SILVER COVER
If we are unable to take your central heating system onto our Gold Cover, then we may offer you a Silver Cover Service Contract. Still incorporating an annual service of your natural gas or LPG boiler, priority for repairs with no charge for labour, but unfortunately you would have to pay for any parts required.
There are no limits to call outs!
Unvented Cylinders
If you have a Gold or Silver contract for your boiler and you have an unvented cylinder at your property we can cover that also.

Out of hours emergency calls are deemed as gas leaks and unmanageable water leaks, but not appliance failures which may possibly be dealt with the following day.
