Upon the initial visit, the engineer found that a replacement part was needed for my boiler. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t available until the next day, so we were without heating for the evening. Although this wasn’t ideal, this was no fault of Stewarts, (they even rang various different suppliers trying to locate the part). By the following lunch time, my boiler was all back up and running properly. Overall, really pleased with the service they provided.
